Welcome to PawSense. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PawSense mobile application ("App") operated by SECA Yazılım ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PawSense provides AI-powered features designed to analyze pet-related inputs such as images, sounds, and text for informational and entertainment purposes only.

The App does not provide veterinary, medical, diagnostic, or professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional consultation.

3. Subscriptions

PawSense offers auto-renewable subscription options, which may include weekly, monthly, and yearly plans.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.

4. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the App, attempt to disrupt its functionality, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property available in the App are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website.
